I made recharge for Rs.20/- on 19.01.2022, the amount has been deducted from my account and received a message “You are enjoying talk time worth Rs.14.95/-“. But while making calls, it is showing “No balance”. Regarding this issue, I had sent an email to 121@in.airtel.com for 6 times. There is no reply till date. If you are not able to recharge, return the amount of Rs.20/-.
Such an irresponsible team.
