Text of Complaint by K Charley Izia:

I tried to recharge my 8500514507 through Airtel Thanks App from my 8985247746 on10/02/2021 for Rs. 598/ with Tran. Id:104103471854.The amount was debited but not credited to the recipient account (8500514507) till today moreover the amount has not been credited back to my account yet. They fail to solve this problem.
