An additional recharge for Rs. 666/- was done while the earlier recharge was in force. Upon expiry of the earlier recharge,the additional recharge done was not taken into account and the user was asked to recharge again. At present the history of the account shows all the recharges done (3 recharges are shown). But the recharge done for Rs.666/- is still not activated. I would like to know whether Rs.666/- will be activated after the expiry of my current pack (Rs.479/-)
