Recharge done in advance for a number and the plan was already active. instead of adding the validity both plans are simultaneously active.

Text of Complaint by Kaveendra Kumar:

My Airtel number was already recharged Rs 509 with a validity of 84 days & it was active till 26 May 2025. yesterday i recharged it with the same 84-day plan validity of (Rs 548). Now both my plans are active instead of adding the validity.
As a spokesperson from Airtel customer care, they refused to add the validity. now what should i do for it?
They aren’t listening to my complaint.
