Sir,
I have recharged my prepaid airtel connection frequently for inr 45 in mobile no 9969172360 in the name of Rajesh Gwalani.
I did not use the recharge to make any calls or any data connectivity but To my surprise there is no account balance left in my phone on the same day itself due to which I’m not able to receive any incoming calls or messages.
I am not happy with this kind of service & want the credit of 45 back in my account immediately .
REquest you to look into the matter.
