Hi
I called your so called customer services neither were they able to add my email address or refund me for rs496 International roaming recharge I did yesterday. They kept saying it has 1 day validity!! I told them I was unable to make any calls on that pack. But they failed to understand and kept saying same thing over and over again.
I want you to refund the rs496 below back to my account or you successfully recharge my account so I can make calls to India and use the pack.
