I have recharged my Prepaid mobile through your airtel website with PNB net banking but my mobile not working and your customer care officer could not provide solution saying that we have no history more than 3 month also they said why you recharge early and why you not connected
I have simple questions
(1) If the Transaction don by me in advance than why you have no history , ie 1 year ,
(2) If you could not maintain t records han why you accept payments from your customers
(3) If translation successfully done why air tel given message about successfully recharge done
