I payed the recharge amount of Rs.399 with 50Rs discount to me (Total = Rs 350) . After that i received the message from Jio about transaction (ID – BV00000RF3SHS) but plan not activated. Amount also deducted from my account (payed via debit card). I am calling lot of time to 1991 and 198 but no option to talk with your person. Its not good for us. Please give reply immediately.
