I have made a recharge of 149 for 9941896654 number. Recharge done in airtel app through Paytm UPI. The recharge status is successful but I didnt receive any SMS and the pack is not active too. Tried reaching out to ccare through phone but went unsuccessful. Please advise at the earliest.
