Text of Complaint by Ankita Naik:

Dear sir,
I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from Airtel app on 10th July, 2022. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no neither in the airtel app.
I have contacted airtel customer care cell but the number shows invalid. I mailed them also but no response. I didn’t expect this from Airtel. They didn’t help me or not shown any helping attitude. And also I am out of India right now so not able to visit customer care in India.

The order has been processed but not reflecting.
I want the refund of this amount.
In view of above, i would like request you to do the needful as early as possible.
