I recharged my no.9634299775 for Rs.448 on 15/05/2020 9:59am it says recharge is successful and the money is deducted but the plan is not activated

I recharged from my Airtel app through ATM card. Costumer care toll free number isn’t working either

I kindly request you to revert my money at the earliest
