hi airtel team,
Today i iave recharged of rs 45 on my airtel number 98****4708 through airtel app, it says recharge done and balance deducted. After long i found there is no recharge for 45 only. Plans start from 49rs. If there is no any such cheap plan of rs 45 why it showing there? I mistaken done it and now i want my balance back so i i c recharge for 49. No customer care is responding.. please help during this pendemic and sent this airtel team.
