Text of Complaint by Ramki:

I had recharge into my airtel prepaid number it was done and i got a confirmation message from airtel but still i didn’t get my balance also i m trying to communicate many ways into airtel but there is no way to solve my problem. Why u guys doing like this?  We r your customers not a criminals or beggars. Ur customer care service didn’t help to me even 1% i m really disappointed to your service.
