Text of Complaint by Manjunath:

I have done a recharge on 26.08.2020 around 9.30PM .My Amount was detected.But Still I didn’t get the benefits.i done a Payment through Airtel Thanks App.Its Showing has  I have a Validity Till 20th Oct 2020.On the Other side it’s showing Payment Failed.I tried Customer service also they are  also said that Recharge successful. But still I didn’t get Benefits.I will attach my Screenshots here.And also I Visited Airtel Bangalore Head Office They are simply Giving three mail ID’s to complaint about this.
