I did recharge my airtel number on May 25th, 2022 through airtel wallet (airtel thanks app). Amount deducted from my wallet but recharge was never happened, tried reaching airtel payments bank and airtel 121 customer care almost 4 times a week through email and phone call but it wasn’t resolved as of now and I did recharge of 2999/-. Airtel bank asks me to contact 121 and 121 asks me to contact airtel payments and airtel payments whenever I contacts them asks for 2 business days but solution was never solved. So please help me with this issue I can’t waste my time these many times right. I will attach the transaction screen shots. There was a offer of 120/- so the deducted amount from wallet will be 2879/-
