Hello sir/mam,
On May 30 midnight 12 am . I recharged my number using my Airtel Thanks app. I made payment for 548 Rupees pack (which is 84 days validity unlimited calling pack with 1.5 gb data daily). And I made the payment through Airtel wallet in Airtel app. But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account. I checked the last transactions for my number but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and activate the pack.
