Text of Complaint by Dharun Kumar:

I have recharged rs.98 for 12gb data for additional usage on 31/1/2021. Through the basic recharg shop and basic plan was on 1/2/2021 and my 12gb data also deactivated this is not 1st time it happening for second time and this time it will be 11gb data which I had not used . I feel so depressed on this issue.  I’m trying to reach you for more than 3days but Airtel customer service was very poor pls solve my quick pls ?????. Im Very disappointed on Airtel
