Dear Sir,
I am extremely upset to mention you on my experience about Airtel. I being a customer of Airtel for last more than 12 years, have to face a cheating experience.. as stated earlier currently their are no on to receive complaints at 121 no.
As stated earlier i had recharge more than twice for last 2 months but not the amount was recharged to my account but my amount was deducted. This has happened twice hence my belief on trust on Airtel is questionable.
I hereby urge to credit the talk time to.my account. I has already submitted the receipt of payment made through Amazon.
Your representative Mr. Ram tried to reach me he has asked me to submit an application/ sms four times to mobile no but still no desired results were achieved.
He spoke to me at a length of 30 mins. His mobile no was shared with self. I had to highlight thrice still awaiting action
I am yet to receive my credit amount or talk to me
Is it so difficult to refund back the amount? It can be credited to the same account.my account details were shared with your representative, still no action.
May i request you to please help me. my no is 987046…. .
