Recharge failed
I’m troubling last 2 months since when I ported Idea to Vodafone – 2 months ago.
When vi retail recharging on 8808689328 automatic failed I also recharge frc plan but that’s also failed.
I’m able to incoming call but not outgoing call.
I also complained 198 but they said that recharge frc plan, but when I did then couldn’t able..
VI so bad service I want to leave it.
Money debited from bank account but recharge hasn’t got. I paid retail for recharge almost 10+ time.
I spent more than 2 thousands rupees but I couldn’t activate my SIM.
