Dear Sir,

I have recharged 179/- pack in which 28 days unlimited talktime provide by company as mentioned in thair thanks app .

but after my recharge neither provided 28 days unlimited talktime facility extra from my previous validity nor return my recharge amount back.

they will only provide me 2GB data in 179 rupees recharge. I have also called many time thair customer support team regarding this matter but they not provide a satisfactory resolution.

please reverse my amount or increase validity period in case not return back.

you may also provide your term and condition for recharge which available for customer.
