I had recharged with 599 which included free one year hotstar subscription. But instead of extending my subscription I got a sms stating that I’m already subscribed to hotstar and instead they increased the daily data which is not needed to me. I even talked with cc executive who didn’t even register a complaint and refused to cancel the recharge and give refund nor extend my subscription.
My hotstar subscription was due to end next month and I recharged with the said amount hoping it would be extended. So please help me out in this. In present situation every penny is precious to me.
