Dear Sir /Madam
The above mention number initially I took new postpaid connection from Airtel after that I port the mobile number to Idea network as a postpaid connection and again some service issue once again I port to Airtel Prepaid connection after I converted to Airtel network I have big issue each and every time when i do recharge message received successful but recharge amount not added to my number I gave request to customer care they have taken more then 3 days to resolve the issue for each and every time due to this I am unable to make outgoing calls because of this I have lost lot of business so I expect to resolve this on a priority basis
