I have recharged for 251 on 17th June and a follow on recharge for 49.
The 49 eecharge is received but 251 benefit not received.
When spoke to customer care they say that i should have recharged 49 first and then 251 to receive the benefit.
Since its not done in that pattern 251 benefit cannot be given.
How is that possible
