Hi Sir,

Hope you are doing well.

I have recharged through Airtel Payment Bank of Rs. 399 in 13th May 2019 on my mobile number 8307580534 but i haven’t got my actual plan because of technical issues.

Actual Offer on 399 is 1GB/Day for 84 Days.
Received Plan after transaction through Airtel Payment Bank Rs. 349 3GB/Day for 28 Days.

Even after I had called many times on 121 and 400 but no response yet.

Even I also raised my complaint on call and email as well.

I got response through email that – At the outset, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that your concern has been registered with reference number CCRUR30513431826 and the same would be resolved by 17-05-2019 at 11:25 AM.

Still I haven’t got any positive response from the Airtel Entire team.

Please help me out from this matter.
