Text of Complaint by Sandeep Das:

I have done mobile recharged for a customer from RECHARGE MONEY app from play store , i added money to the apps wallet and did a recharge , it shows succes but the customer hasn’t received the recharge , after that i made a complaint to the apps helpline number , they told that they will refund the money within 7 days , but now its more than 2 months I haven’t received the refund , and i have to keep minimum RS 100 in the wallet , until i leave the app, i told the customer care that i want to leave the app but they didn’t helped me.
