I recharged my prepaid number on 10 July 2022, 11:30 AM and Recharged Successfully done by airtel But issue is that How this was done when I have Airtel postpaid. My connection was migrated prepaid to postpaid on 10 July so how The prepaid recharge done by airtel. Now I want to refund my recharge Amount but they said We have no record of You prepaid Number or recharge.
