Text of Complaint by Deepak Sharma:

  1. I have recharged for 449 on 24 May 20 at 1216PM TX REFERENCE 20052416165 and second recharge on same day for 698 at 1242PM TX REFERENCE 20052421508 both recharge for mobile number 9541892354.
  2. Since recharge I m not getting data speed and my data always shows no data left.
  3. I checked at your air tel app it always shows no data balance.
  4. I tried calling your customer care only IVR no customer care representative attends call, worst customer care response.
  5. As per your recharge offer in 449 I should get 2GB/DAY UNLIMITED CALL FOR 56 DAYS and 698 same offer for 84 days however I got nothing.
  6. Moreover from 24 May 56 days =  16 July and from 16 July 84 days =  7 sep. How is my data balance zero today.
  7. Please tell me (i) the status of my recharges and plans.(ii) How much data I have consumed everyday.(iii) What internet browsing speed have been provided by you and available at my end. (iv) how much browsing speed I have availaled
