HELLO,
I m Harish Patel from Ahmedabad, I have recharged today with internet banking because my Monthly recharge was due today.
massege appeared on my regi mobile that the next recahrge due date in 21st March ?!?
and from today no channel of new package, I selected is active despite of instructions on cust care no followed by me.
and if it will be activted, i.e. the pack is activated after 12 midnight today, i.e.22nd and from 23rd, Feb 2020, then why the next due date is 21st March? One day before?
I think and I remember, such type of one day might be claverley lessened and thus the money misappropriated…
even after following all the instruction I am not able to see the new pack channels,
So I request to look in the matter and allow me the additional at least One Month duration since it has happened with me in the past also.
the other thing is even though I recharge the pack with ad hoc money the all money are not carried forwarded and disappears from my account.
