First I have recharged my mobile number with Rs. 199 for 1gb daily and unlimited calling but airtel site is showing that recharge Failed so that I have recharged the same number with the same pack of 199 now it is showing 199 pack is successful, but still I am not getting the data speed and whatever data I have used seems morning airtel is showing my account is charged for data is -Rs413.25, and I am trying to reach customer care via 121, 198 but there is no option to select to talk with customer care executive.
