Ref #IGAGLFASB0 26 th June 19. Can’t make any calls, no information about status of recharge, after 2 hour I called customer care, lady spoken said Ur recharge was cancelled. My grievance as follows no information by message about cancellation of recharge, why Airtel send confirmation message stating payment is successful and plan initiated. Why I’ve NOT get MY money BACK IN TO ACCOUNT.
