Recharge amount of Rs 455 paid online on airtel site on 12 March 2022 but recharge was not done. When I visited their store they on 14 March I was told that I need to get recharge done manually and the amount of Rs 455 would be refunded to my account by 5 workng days but till date no refund has been made. I also sent a compalint mail on 12 march itself to 121@in.airtel.com but have received no reply from them.
