I recharged two times from my axis bank account of 20 rs.

The amount is deducted from account but not shown when i check my airtel balance it shows zero rs.

Also one important..

I am using airtel from year 2006 and i recharged 99 rs per month recharge for life time validity.

After recharge by this amount of 99 rs for 12 months i received life time incoming validity upto 2032..

But for last 6 months my validity has been expired and it is showing you have to recharge 23 per month.

How airtel changed policy..

I am very much disappointed from such service from airtel.
