I was recharged my number for rs 379 on 06-08-2020. Amount was deducted in my account and they sent the message as payment failed and the amount will be refunded in 8 hours. But the amount was not received till now. I called to customer care, there was not having options to contact customer care executive directly. But they are advertising as we respect all the queries by customer but there is no option for my amount refund.
