I have recharged my account 3020349905-001 on 9th March for rs 550 and I have shared the payment details but the amount is not yet credited to my account. My grievance reference number is 22443412. Despite calling customer care so many times and spoke to the supervisor and the billing team still my amount is not reflecting in my account. Not customer care is asking to recharge again. This is not acceptable. I have already raised a consumer case 1949713 regarding this. Please credit my amount to my account else I will be forced to through proper consumer case.
