Text of Complaint by M Krishna Murthy:

I have Prepaid Mobile with Number 9959881214 and I have been recharging the mobile ONLINE. The following are the recharges done online from March 2020.

1. Transaction Id: 866598421 dt.30.03.2020 for Rs.45/=

2. Transaction Id: 912146859 dt.17.05.2020 for Rs.49/=

3. Transaction Id: 970514917 dt.23.06.2020 for Rs.45/=

It is observed that the Talk Time for the above recharges are not getting updated to my mobile every time when recharges is done and also, the balance is not carried over when I do the recharge. Hence, I am unable to use the Talk Time under each recharge. In view of the above, I am afraid to RECHARGE my mobile again as the Talk Time is not getting updated.

I gave email to [email protected] and every time, I got a reply to contact 121 for further assistance and my problem was not addressed. I called up 121 and it was invain as it was giving only automated responses. My problem was not resolved till now even after calling 198 which was also automated response system. I am unable to get in touch with Customer Service Complaint Cell over phone or email.

I request you to look in to the same duly verifying the above recharge amounts and credit the eligible talk time after deducting the usage to my account immediately.
