I am sumangala devi holder of Bob . no 9349113733. The mob was recharged for Rs.446/through ICICI bank A/C No 117201500157 as per ref. BIL/RECHG/001613428425/airtel/9349113733. credit for this was not charged on phone, When contacted kozhikode office near KSRTC KOzhikode I was informed that amount has not come in the account. It will be refuded from the company soon.The I charged from there for Rs.399/- easy charge.
I am continuing with that now. A complaint in the regard was lodged earlier in the air tel web site but to no avail. Pl credit back by unavailed amount of Rs.446/-
