Text of Complaint by T. A. USHA:

Recharged for Rs, 379/- on 7-June-2020 through Indian Bank Rupay Card for my airtel mobile.

The amount is deducted from my Indian Bank savings account, but not reflected into my airtel mobile account.

I received a message stating that Rs. 379 is initiated towards my airtel account and within 4 hours, my account will be activated. Txn Id is 2006071578154. More than 36 hrs. is over after recharge, but nothing has been carried over.

On contacting 121 and 198, it reports that Rs.0/- balance is available in my account, validity has expired and asks me to recharge again.

Outgoing calls are stopped from 07-june-2020.

Please retrace my amount and provide the way to enjoy the services.
