Recharged for Rs.379/- on 7-June-2020. Paid through Indian Bank Rupay card. It is deducted from my Indian Bank Account but it is not reflected into my airtel mobile number.
The outgoing calls are stopped from 07-June-2020. On contacting 121 and 198, it reports that Rs. 0 /- Balance is available in my Airtel account and validity is expired. Asks me to recharge again.
Kindly retrace my amount and allow me to enjoy the services through my mobile
