My mobile recharge is not reflecting in my account. I made a complaint to airtel customer service but No one is responding. I recharged on May 1, since 5 days this connection is dead

I also noticed that my money is vanishing from my account. I don’t have any plan activated. Last few months I have been recharging with RS. 49. Not sure why you are deducting this amount from my account. I never used this connection to call someone nor to browse.
