I am devika lodhi and I am trying to recharge my friends mobe sim of jio form the offer of showing me in the amazon pay form the side of jio reliance. I have done the payment through Amazon pay upi on 8th july at 10:37pm the amount is debited but recharge is not done. In the failed recharge it is show that my money will be refund within 5to 7 days but no refund money.
Please refund my money
