Text of Complaint by Mahima Panchmiya:

I recharged my monthly payment of tatasky on following due dates on demand of company

7th Aug  – Rs 402

2th Sept – Rs 402 ( Due date from last recharge – 7 th Sept)

26th Sept – Rs 402.30 ( Due date from last recharge – 7 Oct)

Extra Days from 7th Aug = 6 days (2nd Sept to 7th Sept) + 12Days (26th Sept to 7th Oct ) =18 days

Without consent of customer an additional benefit added on to the existing pack.

Tata sky authority denied to share details of consent ( on the basis of which they added benefits to pack)

Cashback to be received from tatasky = extra payment for 18days on monthly recharge , i.e. Rs 242 ( Monthly recharge – 402 )

Cashback received till now – Rs 51

Balance Amount to be received = Rs 191
