Iam B .sekhar,
I hav raised a complaint regarding signal of my tatasky box ,which is appearing on screen i.e ur tatasky box is not receiving signal so i raised a complaint on it , as per ur customer care words technician has changed the complaint from not receiving signal to relocation ,i need a reply from ur end that how u can change my complaint from one form to other form by charging an extra amount of rs/-300 which is negative balance in my account I dont want to use such a bad service like this
And i need a reply ASAP
