Text of Complaint by Sanjeet Kumar Ranjan:

I had made recharge of Rs. 99 through Bank of Baroda mobile banking on 20.04.2022 at 08:21 AM. The message from Bank confirmed the debit of Rs. 99. But no confirmation has been received from Airtel till date. Why either recharge confirmation has not been done till date or money has not been returned to my account.
