Made a recharge for the airtel mobile no: 8015337320 a amount of Rs. 558.00 via airtel thanks app on 15/04/2020.. The payment was successful and it was done through UPI. Txn ID: 2004151240295. but the recharge amount was not reflected in the corresponding number.. waited for two day but no response.. tried calling airtel customer through 121 and 198 but no response.. its was not connected to the operator.. many times tried..
checked with the bank statement too the amount was deducted..
since these things was not done i made an another recharge for the same amount 558.00 on 18th of april and it was ok..
I need the refund the of the amount which was paid and not reflected in the account..
