I had done recharge on 6th December 2020 through online with the help of IPI and paid at airtelin.rzp@axisbank 698 rupees only but amount is deducted from my account and recharge is not done. and again I recharged it on 13th December 2020 for Rs.577 this time the amount is gone to Airtelmoney. I think you are cheating people like this.
for your information I am attaching herewith the details of transactions.
