Text of Complaint by Rikmande Marak:

I have done the recharge of 249 on 19/05/2020 and the money has been debited from my account but the recharge is still not done. I have done the recharge from airtel website itself since the App was not loading properly due to slow internet connection therfore i would like to kindly request to either refund my money or do the recharge as early as possible if needed i can also send the bank reference no. Please do check and take action asap.
