Sir I have a recharge shop and we done one wrong recharge amount of 479 and it’s reversal option if the wrong number customer tell OTP to shop to take reversal but when it’s done it will be switched off the sim is not currently available how I reverse my amount it’s very very bad option to reverse soo I please it’s happnd to me in dad day request you to solve this solution
