Text of Complaint by R Kumar:

I recharged my airtel mobile number twice ,yesterday for Rs 148 and today for Rs 128 but still upon telephoning airtel says to recharge stating insufficient balance.Please respond and act to the same soon , contacting the outside world is very important for me since I’m in quarantine.
