I have recharged to mobile no – 8639470609 with amount 2399 on 30 Nov, 2021 from ICICI Bank and on same day I have recharged from Union Bank of India, ICICI bank transaction was not successful and Union Bank of India recharge was successful. Failure amount was not refunded. I have checked with jio call center but they told they have not received ICICI bank payment. So I checked with the ICICI bank by raising SR and they told the amount was payed to Jio bank and they have send the mail about the confirmation received on 2nd Feb, 2022 which I have attached. I am attaching all related documents. Please check and refund the amount.
