I recharged BSNL number. The recharge did not complicated. Money deducted from my account. I did the recharge online via Phonepe they are telling recharge has happened given me the operator recharge reference number. I did two recharge of 319 and 75 both are unsuccessful and amount is deducted from my account. Please find the reference operator id of 6232159269 for 319 recharge and  6233066949 for 75 recharge. Both phonepe and BSNL are not able to solve the issue. Please help me to get back my money. During covid situation we cant visit BSNL office.
